Standard sectional or roller doors are typically 3–4 weeks from order to install. Custom and timber doors can take 6–8 weeks. We give you a real ETA on the written quote, not best-case marketing fluff.
Yes. Same person who quoted, same person who fits. The only exception is very large commercial jobs where he brings a second pair of hands — and he's still on-site directing.
Steel-Line and Gliderol for sectional and roller doors. Merlin and Vicway for openers/motors. We can also install client-supplied doors if you've already chosen one — just ask.
Standard practice is a 25% deposit on order confirmation, balance on installation. If you need finance, ask Caeser — he can usually point you to a partner.
We've installed thousands of doors and can count on one hand the times this has happened. Caeser will go through the colour, finish and motor specs in detail before you commit. If something genuinely isn't as agreed, he makes it right.
Yes — removal and disposal of the old door and motor is included in the install price. Driveway is left clean.
Yes for the measure (about 30 minutes), and ideally for the install (about half a day for a standard job) so we can run through the remotes and motor settings with you.
